I commend anyone who achieves accreditation for a professional and/or academic standard. It involves a commitment of resources ranging from time, money and personal dedication. Obtaining the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is a coveted distinction for most of us who work in the HR profession. We now have another to join this ranks of Mississippi HR SPHR!
Susan Holland, SPHR
Many take the exam and many pass it each year. Susan Boyd-Holland is no exception; however, I’ve chosen to set her apart from the rest and recognize her achievement.
Susan is an active member of the Golden Triangle Human Resource Association (GTHRA) and has served in various leadership roles on her chapter board. Susan and I also share the Social Media Director duties on the Mississippi SHRM State Council. She is an outstanding member of the ranks of Mississippi HR and I am pleased to send out these congratulations.
According to the HRCI website . . .
