Customer Support Specialist
The Customer Support Specialist plays a vital role by serving as front-line support in our Call Center. Ideal candidates have call center and telephony and/or networking experience and/or education. MegaGate Broadband is an equal opportunity employer.

We provide Business Class telephone and Internet service, Business Phone Systems, and Telecommunications Consulting Service. We also offer a variety of other services ranging from network design, implementation, and management to Collocation Services in our Data Center facility.
